Patti Lashley, LPC-S, NCC

Patti Lashley, LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and owner of Changes Counseling, LLC in Arkansas, where she has maintained a private practice since 2018. Her clinical work spans individual, couples, and family therapy with a particular focus on trauma, sexual issues, attachment, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. She holds certifications in Sex Therapy Informed Practice and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Henderson State University teaching sex counseling, assessments, and supervision in a CACREP-accredited master's program. A recognized advocate for the profession, Patti is a past president of the Arkansas Counseling Association and serves as Arkansas' first NBCC Legislative Ambassador, leading the charge to bring Arkansas into the National Counseling Compact. Her continued education includes specialized training in AI through care ethics, attachment-based therapy, and integrative sex and couples work, positioning her at the intersection of relational practice and emerging technology.
