Jon Vredenburg, MBA, RD, CDCES, CCSD, LD/N

Jon Vredenburg, MBA, RD, CDCES, CCSD, LD/N, is a dietician and diabetes educator with over 25 years of experience, as well as a person with diabetes himself. He manages worksite wellness programs with an emphasis on diabetes self-management, has been featured on television/radio, contributes to professional publications, served as a consultant dietitian for the NFL’s Jackson Jaguars, and is a board-certified specialist in sports dietetics.

Jon has a wealth of knowledge to share on topics pertaining to diet, nutrition, and diabetes management. Audiences enjoy his incorporation of humor as a teaching tool. As Jon discovered his improv talents and witnessed the benefits of laughter, on the side he pursued stand-up comedy work in clubs throughout his home state of Florida.
